Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

 

  1. Contact Us First
    Before returning any product, you must contact us for approval and instructions.

  2. 30-Day Window
    Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. (unless you have purchased an extended return)

  3. Product Condition

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original, unopened packaging.
    • Pictures of the unopened box is required to process your return.

 

 4. Reason for Return
    Please provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting the return.


 

Refund Deductions & Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If approved, you will receive a return shipping label from us, and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Handling Fee

  • A $3 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • This fee covers the inspection of the returned item to ensure it is in good condition and that no components are missing.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Priority Processing
  • Extended Return/Exchange Options
  • Shipping Costs (Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake made by us.)

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit card or original payment method will be applied automatically within a set number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please recheck your bank account if you haven't received a refund yet.

Please get in touch with your credit card company. It may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. We will send a gift voucher to you as soon as the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the delivery person delivered the order himself later, we will send a refund to the gift delivery person, and we will notify them of your return.
