Are these made with Lego?
Our Custom Pet Kit is made with new LEGO bricks
What is the difference between budgets?
We can create a more detailed design with a bigger budget, because we can include more LEGO bricks. The dimensions are also different per budget.
Important: Dimensions are not guaranteed due to many different variables per pet.
Can you make any pet/animal?
Yes! We're able to design any pet/animal you'd like us to make. You can upload pictures of your own pet, or of a different animal that you'd like us to make.
Can you also design other stuff?
We can design a lot of different things, next to animals/pets.
We've designed business logo's, different machinery, boats etc.
Please do keep in mind that these are custom projects and quotes might be higher than our three standard budgets.
How long is the process?
It may take up to 14 weeks. If we got everything we need (pictures of every angle) It takes about 1–2 weeks for the first design to be presented, and after confirmation, about 1-2 weeks for gathering the bricks. Shipping takes about 2-4 weeks, depending on the season.
Please keep in mind that we work with waiting lists, due to our limited capacity of designers. This means that the above timeline starts after your order is next in line
Can i make revisions?
You can make up to three revisions for the design. We may allow more depending on the situation
Can i cancel anytime?
Yes, but it depends on how far we are in the process. Please see the two scenario's below:
Scenario 1: The payment has been made and our designer started working on the design. A refund will be processed minus the hours of work our designer has already spent on the design.
Scenario 2: The design is done and the materials are already being gathered. A refund will be processed minus the design and material costs.
Please do keep in mind that you reserve a spot on our list when buying a custom pet kit. A fee of $30 applies if you cancel a custom pet kit (with scenario 1 and 2 not applying)
Great, they are lego pieces but all dumped together. Wat too hard to find the pieces in the manual
Lego uses separate bags to go with the directions
The bag number matches the numbers in the directions. Spent a lot of money for something I cannot put together
The customer service was great throughout the whole process. Although I was missing a few pieces and got a few pieces that I didn't need. Luckily I build with LEGOs a lot and all the pieces I was missing were for the internal structure so I was able to find a few replacement pieces around the house. For me, it was easier to do this than go through the instructions and report which pieces were missing, but if you don't have extra prices like I did I'm sure customer service will be helpful. Other than that I had a great time building and it really did look like my dog. Even if you haven't used LEGOs before you'll be able to build it using their super easy instructions. The total build time for me was about 2 hours so it's a pretty quick build.
This is a great product and all of my design expectations were exceeded. I sent in a bunch of pictures of my dog and then received a first design via email. From there THEY WERE AMAZING and it was a very personal experience as we iterated thru about 5 versions as we tweaked details including the white pattern of my dog's chest, a light grey stripe on his nose and EVEN very small white patches on two of his paws! I was very impressed with how willing and capable they were to make those adjustments with each of the iterations. I was disappointed that it missed Christmas (by a few days) but it shipped from EU so took a while to make it to me in CA USA.
I bought a custom pet kit of my husband’s cat for my husband for his wedding gift (he LOVES legos). The kit was really cool and the design was very good- however- my husband did complain that quite a few Lego pieces that were essential to completing the Lego were missing and he did have to go out and purchase extra pieces to complete the Lego. For the amount I paid for the set I was very disappointed that quite a few pieces were missing

It can always happen that pieces are missing because our custom orders are packed by a person and not by a machine. You could have sent us an email about the missing pieces so that we could have sent it to you without any additional costs, of course. It's a pity that your husband bought it himself.
Pepper's Lego doppelgänger is so cute! The team did an amazing job from my photos and took the couple of notes I had on the first draft perfectly and quickly. My only complaint is that it took a pretty long time from ordering to receiving. I ordered in October and the model didn't arrive until after Christmas. Don't let that deter you, just order early! :)
